I have to respectfully disagree. I saw a young man who took on blockers, shed them or used a couple great moves to get by. He looked good against the run as well as the pass. I know he isn't that big but he plays big.

Just got too know how too use him. He got too much speed and can play. Once he gets too college and they get him and the weight room and put some weight on him. He gone be special

4 things I look for when evaluating DL. This kid checks all of those boxes for me.
1. Get off/ Violent hands
2. Motor (can't stop, won't stop)
3. Speed
4. Strength/Violence (He will knock u on yo ***)

Wrapping a bow around the package to this kids game, is Passion or Love of the game! The way he plays, you can tell his heart is there. He is not content with just doing his job. He has a burning desire to get to the ball carrier... and bringing as much pain as possible. Guys, THIS is the what a Cane DL looks like.

The old Miami teams put a huge emphasis on speed. As the rest of the college football world caught up, we sat still. The last 10 years I threw up in my mouth more than once when I heard announcers touting the "Miami speed", as if we still had it.

Getting players like this is a step in the right direction. We need speed so we can have that Miami speed again.
