Hit by Kayfus, double, 2 runs score, 9-0
Ya, hopefully it indicates they aren't pressing and know they can come back. However, the post-season is often a different story when runs are at a premium and you see everyone's best pitchers. My blood pressure wishes they’d start sooner, but it’s hard to argue with the nightly offensive production
He’s looked a little hobbled all night but still played well, just seemed to not be running full speed. Don’t think we’ve gotten any info. They said Kayfus didn’t look 100% running bags? Does anyone know what he did?
Agreed. He’s getting heckled hard by the crowd
@scane would know better, but I suspect their RPI will begin to normalize/decline the rest of the way, as their remaining weekend series are: SO IL, IL St, Valparaiso, Evansville & IN St (all low RPI teams). How does Dallas Baptist stay at 2 after losing 14-1 to 35 A&M?
Yeah. It should be a drag on them (especially sub .500 Illinois State and Valpo) although there are a couple decent series in there too. They did about as good a job as you can scheduling as a mid major overall though.@scane would know better, but I suspect their RPI will begin to normalize/decline the rest of the way, as their remaining weekend series are: SO IL, IL St, Valparaiso, Evansville & IN St (all low RPI teams).
