Because the OLBs have no idea what their responsibilities are in passing guys off in Zone. Cornelius is trying hard, but he's absolutely lost.

This team's defense is going to be a problem all year. Can not rush the passer. Can not cover anybody. You ain't winning many games with that.

However, the second half, the run D came around.
