still get chills seeing the morris to dorsett bomb against nc state.

did they INTEND to score on that play?

we didn't but David Amerson did.
the quote function makes the ignore function useless..

so .. yes Duval.. we intended to score on the play.. especially when we compare to the "intend to score" play which was a drag route or a slant..no i don't think we INTEND to score sometimes.

Can someone explain to me the meaning or motivational factor behind the YMCA soundtrack? Probably couldn't have thought of a worse song to play. Well except for "Party all the time" by Eddie Murphy.

Anybody see the Herald's report that Fisch was at practice? Doesn't that seem kind of strange?

Why is that strange? If he's in town, it makes sense that he'd be at the practice checking out the team that that he loves and led to his exposure and big break.
Considering it's a team he no longer works for. If he's moved on to the NFL, why does he need to come back to Miami?

Because maybe he is still very close to a lot of the players and coaches and wants to see how they are doing.

Makes sense. I don't think there's anything wrong with it, just don't hear about coaches going back to their old job after they've moved on.

If he went to another college or left on bad terms maybe. But he left for the NFL on good terms. He was a good coach here and help build what we have to come this coming season. Plus coaches visit other coaches in the offseason to trade notes and the like. Maybe he helped Coley with some stuff (maybe he didnt) Maybe he was in town to close some loose ends or just swing by the mistress and UM was on the way. Either way Nothing wrong with it and not weird at all. Now if The guy that left to Bama shows up to practice anytime soon, then....

Watching Coley slap players on the *** to the sounds of "YMCA" does not inspire confidence.

well, i guess that answers the question on whether or not Fisch left on good terms with the team regarding the "commitment" rumors we heard when he was hired

That dude has a broadcast hall of fame worthy name , I'm rooting for him.

As a journalism grad that was painful to watch. Terrible editing, stiff pieces to anchor.

Appreciate seeing clips of the players in practice though.
