Candidates for DC?

That abortion last night is on that big gumpy dope wearing the $15 tie. Charlie Strong made him his dog. He walked that fat **** for four full quarters.

Change the defensive coordinator to who? This is Golden's scheme. Golden is the man responsible for not being able to get his team ready for a bowl game in a month's time. Moar excuses.

Jesus Christ you are dumber than originally thought. Golden isnt going anywhere, no amount of *****ing is going to change that. Sack up and talk about things that actually have a chance of happening you dumb ******

Dumb? No, dumb is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting things to be different this time. We have now had 3 hires who have produced eerily similar teams (as far as culture and attitude) and results on the field.

We scapegoated assistants and coordinators for the last two, only to realize the man in charge was the problem. But yeah, herrrp derrp let's do the same thing for the 3rd time and expect that coordinators are going to solve deeper issues.

Glad I rustled you though. At least that mission was accomplished.

Talking about Butch or Leavitt as the next DC under Golden is a waste of time.
For starters, there isn't an opening on Golden's staff (unfortunately).

But if we're going to pretend that there will be a new DC, can we at least be a tad
realistic?
Butch is damaged goods from what happened at UNC.
This program, one that is currently serving time because of LOIC, is NOT going to hire a coach
with a record.
Stop with that stupidity already.
Leavitt aint coming here to work for a HC who he has had no prior relationship with, and for
whom he would consider his junior....especially when he can conceivably get bumped to
DC for an NFL team as more of the 49er assistants move on.

Let's not waste bandwidth with silliness.

Thats the thing. Donna is fine with doing the same thing over and over. You need to come to grips with that. Golden is easily 2 years from any hot seat. Not happy about that at all but thats reality. Lets talk DC candidates and D line candidates because those could actually happen.

Not even slightly rustled

I've never liked Dorito's three linebacker scheme and this soft zone s*it giving receivers a 7-9 yard cushion. I'm not even going to start about yesterdays fiasco where Louisville has taken multiple "scrubs" from Miami who we didn't offer scholies to and now there jumping routes and abusing what's supposed to be our strongpoint, the offensive line. This bend but don't break crap needs to go, and if it means Golden and he are a package, so be it. Look at these stats:

Pittsburgh
averaging 236 passing yds/game and 125 rushing yds/game
Against Miami: 281 passing yds and 220 rushing yds

Duke
Averaging 234 passing yds/game and 173 rushing yds/game
Against Miami: 185 passing yds and 358 rushing yds:ibisroflmao:

Virginia
Averaging 211 passing yds/game and 156 rushing yds/game
Against Miami: 240 passing yds and 243 rushing yds

Wake Forest
Averaging 196 passing yds/game and 91 rushing yds/game
Against Miami: 302 passing yds

The proof is in the pudding, so I ask all of you WHEN Dorito is fired, who can be possible replacements? I'm thinking Bud Foster
Maybe Al Golden's son, A.J.; he should be old enough by then.

If Golden is the man I think he is he'll recognise that his scheme doesn't work at this level and hire someone with a proven track record (preferably a 4-3 Co-ordinator) and concentrate on the things he's good at.

This thread is a fun trip to fantasy land. The DC will be the same next year...have fun dreaming though.

I dont think there is a change next year. But last night the issue lied with the Oline and the offense not the defense.

The defense worked their tails off, but when you get let down and have to play the majority of the game on the field instead of off and resting, you are bound to get tired.

Offense time of possession is needed to preserve your defense. The is one main issue of the many that hurt us this year. EG: the last 5 games, were part due to offensive insufficiency.
