Oh in three years I would def want to play them. But why risk it till we know for sure we clicking and can scrape them in the playoffs

**** this, load up on cupcakes and walk into the ACCCG like scared *******. Win that motherf-cker and we in the CFP and relevant again. Then whatever happens, take that and recruit off it to the next level and fill in with the cream of the portal crop like Bama does and return as a real contender. Who says scared money don’t make money? Smart money.
 
I'm actually surprised to read the responses from those who took the time to post in this thread. You set goals high and do what you can to achieve them. UM now appears to be on track to do just that.
One of the goals is to beat the best team in college football. What's wrong of planning for that giving yourself reasonable time to prepare?
You guys got the coach you desperately wanted. Got the administration commitment to spend money and provide resources for him to succeed. You got some of best talent in your backyard and your HC is known to recruit nationwide. All that and you still scared to meet Alabama after 3 years lol

Question..how did some of y’all p*ssyfoot y’all way on to becoming Cane fans..?? The glory days of the 90s & 01 ain’t here no more but a cloud of h*e-ness still remains it seems. Texas A&M beat Bama this year & idc what you say, that A&M team was not that much better than ours this season, specifically with Van Dyke at QB.

A&M is a very beatable, though talent laden team, that hit every note perfectly one Saturday afternoon and pulled the upset.
