They tell us what the coaches expect to happen or what the plan is. Cribby said the coaches/staff plan to have a QB committed by Sunday/Monday. Doesn't mean the player they want to commit agreed to that.

Yeah I don’t want to get dragged along. We need a QB who is all in especially since you know our NIL offer is strong. Get someone who wants to be here who is ready to move to Miami ASAP and start throwing with teammates. No more Van Dyke half in half out bull****

If USC is truly in on Ward I’d go all in on Will Howard and try to close that down

Waiting on a draft grade is a new twist. Hardly mentioned, if at all, since this process started. How long is Miami willing to wait is the question regardless.From ON3 national writer overnight: (conversation in a podcast with Andy Staples)
