I’d have an easier time believing this if the game every week didn’t follow the same script. They’re an above average team, with above average talent, with average coaching.

They thought they were lsu with burrow, but they’re lsu with Daniels.

In fairness, trying to compare NCAA to NFL teams is nasty work af. There’s only one NFL team in the SB era to ever go undefeated, so that’s moot.

In regards to Saban’s one-loss Nat’l title teams:

2011: (L v. #2 LSU)
2012: (L v. #15 TAMU)
2015: (L v. #15 Ole Miss)
2017: (L v. #6 Auburn)
 
VT was a wake up call... GT you playing with a bigger chip on your shoulder... Just take your check downs and make a good run more often. People keep making these extravagant statements yet keep doing the same thing over and over

It's like the arm talent has him trying to be superman. But Dart and Gabriel outplaying him. Stop trying to be Superman.

You're going to lose games. It's inevitable. But our play on defense in our wins is far too worrisome, especially as it hasn't improved

Agreed. Look, yesterday I was livid and letting it fly. Today, I am more reflective. Win the next three games and no one will remember this. All will be forgiven.

Your response doesn’t make any sense. The guy made it sound like winners win and cam and this team now sucks cause they lost one game.

Its your fault if you let football get you that emotional over a loss and it’s your fault if you got fooled into thinking this was an elite team.

Just saying teams lose. Look at all the sec teams with multiple loses.

Yeah that’s as a bad loss. Yeah the defense sucks.

Yall can be miserable if you want to. I’m watching a Miami team that’s 9-1 with the best offense it’s had in 20 years. Yeah it’s rough at times but enjoy the ride. Miami has sucked for 25 Years.
 
You guys don’t seem to be able to differentiate losses to better teams or worse teams. People aren’t ****ed we lost, they are ****ed we lost to a team we shouldn’t. That’s the fail, not just that we lost. I swear there are few critical thinkers in here.

There SHOULD be enough talent in place to where you don’t need a once in a lifetime type QB to mask every deficiency

Lack of recruiting and development???? I admit defensively we haven't gotten whales in the portal defensively in the secondary but we have recruited at a high level. Look at Ohio state they spent over 20 million in the portal and while they are good does anyone thing they are the favorites to win it all currently. Look at ole miss and they did it big in the portal does anyone thing they will win it all this year. No team is perfect and it takes time to build a roster especially in college now with things changing every **** year. Not making excuses I'm just trying to be objective. All and all would you rather be Miami right now or would you rather be Clemson or FSU or Florida as a program. I'm just saying. If we win out we in the playoffs please people chili out this is giving me politics vibes right now.

Unfortunately, that is far from the case. On defense, especially. This is the worst defense of my lifetime. 97’ defense, which was crippled by sanctions, ***** on this garbage.
