What specifically does Smith do that hurts recruiting? Need actual things that has happened, not just “he’s an out control *******”

I'm not going to be explicit with the details on the board, though plenty of people have referenced this previously.

If you don't like that, it's your problem. Clearly, Mario wants him to remain on staff, thus there is no need to cripple him with public details.

I also didn't give explicit details on Josh Gattis, but that didn't mean anyone was "full of ****" there either. And that ************ DESERVED to have his dirty laundry aired out.

Ok, don’t want to discuss explicit details or air dirty laundry. That’s a good thing, Then, you go on an endless rant trashing the guy. Don’t know anything about Smith and great if you do, but serves no purpose to run him into the ground.
