anyway, i honestly don't think it's worth it to try and rationalize why kids go to alabama. the school is a total machine in recruiting. i know that is obvious but calvin ridley going to bama has nothing to do with something weird about calvin ridley or miami. in the 2015 class bama currently has commits from a top 5 player in cali and tennesse, the top player in jersey and dc, a top 10 player in texas, louisiana, missouri.
in the 2014 class they had the top player from louisiana, virginia, south carolina, iowa, oklahoma, arkansas and top 5 players from texas, louisiana, california, minnesota, ohio, mississippi, georgia and colorado.
