Aren't people in North Carolina still able to use paypal just like people in Saudia Arabia are. Your analogy would work if PayPal opened its headquarters in a country that has a questionable civil rights record.

Ncaa has been notified. if they could do it to basketball whats stopping
them from doing it to football? i think its for not allowing marriage
