I understand & agree with what Dee was talkin about in his thread the other day, but this is going to reach a boiling point.

2018 might have the deepest most talented DB class over the last decade in the state of Florida & Rum might single-handedly f*ck it up.

Idc if all these kids supposedly "love" him, we cannot afford to allow the hemorrhaging at DB to continue...

The 2018 class is way too important for our future success, especially at DB to allow the slow bleeding that will occur all the way up until February 2018.

Idk, but whatever it is, it's not working...

I was a Rumph supporter too, I was willing to give him some time to see what he could do, but it was all based on the 2018 DB class... If we start losing those kids, no ****in way.

Something is definetely wrong with Rumph.Here we have a young brother with money from his NFL days,he was an all time great cane cb,is young,well spoken and in shape.DBs should be lining up to hang out and play for him.Recruits mothers and sisters should should be attracted to him too.He just seems to be low energy and a little too old school.It's no wonder Richt has Banda host DBs when they visit the school and Banda lacks everything Rumph has but has 10 times the energy and personality.

Dallas could be a good CB. He isn't yet. He may not be.

I wasn't high on Rumph. He has the personality of an egg plant and that won't cut it in the recruiting dept. We need killer coaches both on and off the field. This is not the 90's anymore. We live in the age of social media; where HS football players are followed and liked by groupies (coaches and media). You gotta play the game...you gotta know your craft. Rumph, I don't trust him in that dept, like AT ALL. I wasn't thrilled w/ the make up of this staff. I was OK w/ the Diaz hire b/c of his body of work at Miss St. Loved Coached Kool. I thought Brown could do some work w/ the RBs. But outside of that, not a big fan of the staff make up.

Nothing is wrong with rumph. These recruits dont know him. Rumph isnt a big name. Most of these recruits didnt know him until he got the job here.

If you are a high school cb what would you do? Would you go play for a coach who actually has a resume and can show you all the guys they developed or a coach coming from high school who has never actually developed a college corner?

Oh I get it , most believe he should be a better recruiter . 2 parts in college coaching recruiting and coaching . He needs to step his recruiting game up . Get some of your AH kids to commit and most of this will go away imo

Agree, im not basing his recruiting on just CJ thats just dumb, lets see how he does with the AH guys, marco dont count that kid was all gator because of quincy, lets wait and see who he brings in

I still don't understand why we take 2018 and beyond commits. It's obvious 95% of kids who commit that early are place saving. There is an old saying during recruiting in the tri-county--- you don't want to be the first school that a kid commits to, you want to be the third. Staff is having the same problem Golden encountered. CMR and staff need to play the game or they going to get played. The sooner they do this the faster we'll be back. The longer they wait... Most likey won't make it past year 3.
