I won't be surprised if he builds them into a solid program with kids that he unearths. Dude has an eye for talent. Not too worried about the big time recruits however.

He won't hurt us. However, every kid he offers will suddenly find himself "on everyone's" radar. Butch is a GOAT at finding talent.

While I agree in general (Butch has a great eye), I think because he will have to recruit further down the ladder it is not true.

Wouldn't surprise me if FIU started winning 8-9 games a year though because Butch will find the best talent available after other schools cast their nets.

I think schools like UCF and USF have to be more worried because they may have some more competition for those those lower tier guys they recruit.
