There is no such thing of a S&C system that emphasizes "big and slow" and StatePenn has had
their share of athletic teams (see '94 team) and, BTW, our current S&C coach is a StatePenn grad.

Bottom line: Butch hired Swasey because of budget.
It is what he could afford.

Swasey had as much to do with "developing" guys like Andre Johnson and Reggie Wayne, etc. as you did.
