Beat me to it. Gunter is a serious sleeper. Why? Don't know. AG raves about him, but always gets overshadowed by Tracy, Deon, and Crawford.

Merriweather also played Nickel CB in certain situations if I recall correctly.

That was an unmitigated disaster. He played Nickel in a Man Under scheme and was entirely outmatched. That move immediately made us worse at two positions: Nickel and the Safety spot vacated by Meriweather due to the move.

From what i saw at the scrimmage they used him at CB when at the goalline, and on blitz packages, not worried he played some CB in high school

S. Taylor played alot of corner around the goal line. Might be using him in a similar way to man up against bigger more physical receivers.

Antrel Rolle plays hybrid S/CB for the Giants. Maybe we will run a 3 safety look like they do sometimes with Deon coming up to the line and taking the slot receiver away. Rolle and Deon are similar physical hard hitting S/CB hybrids.

He never really had to play Centerfield. He battled, but struggled in the slot, as one would expect.

I think bush really might play CB check out the commitment video from Jamal Carter

He says that Howard is one corner and Bush is the other corner.
So it sounds like miami told him he would come in as a safety.....and Bush would move to corner. I like Deon at safety but I'm interested in seeing how he progresses as a corner.
