Blind loyalty, which is the most common American trait, doesn't allow you to see the faults in a person or organization. I wouldn't and couldn't see the many reasons why top SOFL talent spurned The U went to real top schools. We're like Cadillac, great brand name, but kids today want the prestige and attention that a Bentley gives you. We've become gimmick U. We give more attention to gimmicks than than quality coaches.

Come on man. You saw those Clemson dudes on here. Don’t you know? These kids don’t need bags to go there, and I assume similar places anymore. That’s the past. They have water slides and on campus stadiums.

They go for the nurturing (KKK) family atmosphere because Miami is a garbage city unlike the places Americans really want to live and vacation in like Clem$on, Athens and TuskyLoser.

Maybe if we joined the 21st century and played an exciting brand of offense we’d be in the conversation with these types of players. The last time we put a semi decent offensive product on the field was when these guys were in middle school...
 
You need at least two stud recruiters on your roster...three, really, but for this discussion. TWO.

Wide Receiver Coach.
DB Coach.

If you can't recruit at those positions, you gotta go coach at Army or Last Chance U or something. You can not earn your paycheck without that trait.

Look at the teams in the championship playoff...look at the WRs they have...its a correlation to success now, having legit wide receivers.

We're out here trotting out 7th round picks and calling them studs.

Go get a spread OC, some recruiter at WR Coach, and watch how many of these South Florida WRs stay home without getting a bag. Stay home and catch 1200 yards and 15 touchdowns? It'll happen and we don't even have to particularly try too hard.

Personalities that parents can relate too?
Who can sit down and relate to Thad franklkns dad and Donnelley harris’s Dad. Or Dumervils mom?
Maybe we need coaches that can look up things on urban dictionary so they can understand what a bag is.
