I’d start him at Corner just because he knows how to play defense and that skill set is rare to find as a DB. The tackling scares me.

I think 60/40 chance the best position and where he ends up at is WR.
This is how I see it as well. Hard to bet on someone who hasn't shown physicality. Corner would be the best outcome if it works out.

How bad is the tackling and lack of physicality? Like he refuses to even make plays in run Support or is he just out there getting destroyed by RBs etc?

Who would you compare him to athletically?
I see a little CJ Henderson. Height and weights are close. Both were explosive athletes but need some coaching in College. Especially if he moves to cb. Both lack physicality and tackling. I wouldn’t give up on him as a tackler yet though, he’s still somewhat new to football since he’s been more of a basketball player growing up. Imo he was always a take on athletic ability alone.

He looks like a really smooth athlete

But i have to say, that is some of the most non physical tape i have seen ever. Like there is no broken tackles, no press coverage, barely any tackles i think i saw one, like two semi contested catches. His reaction to any contact is like he got pushed hard

He is small but alot of hs kids are, he just doesn’t look like he has a physical bone in his body. I think if he did he could play a few positions well but besides kicker you gotta be ready to play thru contact

Matt Bosher takes offense to your post.

Hopefully more coachable and less drama than CJ who never learned to tackle.

Agreed but at least as a CB u don’t have to be a thumper. Just get the guy down. CJ Henderson was *** at tackling didn’t stop him from going top 10

If he can be non coachable and alot of drama but plays his way into a top10 pick ill be happy lol
