My question is who is the OC then? Usually the OC likes to hire "his guys" to be apart of the offensive staff. Seems a bit unusual to hire position coaches without having a coordinator in place.

No more mickey mouse operation...None of the big time coaches allow any coordinator to hire their own guys. I'm sure they give a little input but it should be the head coach's call.
