People are overblowing the issue, he’s not as raw as people making it out to be. He’s clearly improved throwing wise from this year compared to the previous ones. That’s evident out of his rivals qb mvp award and being the #13th qb in the elite 11 in which one of the days he had a top 3 performance out of 24 qbs

-He’s a dual-threat quarterback with game breaking speed and can really stress a defense when he escapes the pocket. We saw Johnson at the Las Vegas Elite 11 Camp last month and were really impressed with the strides he has made in his throwing motion, accuracy and consistency.
-Johnson is a player with a very nice upside to him and has some Lamar Jackson qualities to his game. He’s only scratching the surface of how good he can be 3-4 years from now and if he continues to improve at the same rate he has over the last year, he could be special.
They also noted he’s more natural making the down the field throws compared to shorter throws
