CFB is not the NFL, there have tons of 3-4 LBs that played DE in College. Everyone says we are loaded but what is based on? Besides Garvin and 2 plays of Patchan against FSU, everyone is just greentree all-americans.

Once again, he's a 3-4 OLB, not a stand up LB, would be a DE in our system.

Also was reportedly asked to move to DE in UGA's system and resisted. Might be a bit of a different situation if he moves to an even-front team, though, because he wouldn't have to gain 40+ pounds he'd need to play end in an odd front.

Don't know if he was "dismissed" or simply processed. If it's the latter, I'd kick the tires and see if he had any interest playing DE in Manny's system.

EDIT: Looks like he was dismissed for an arrest. Probably wouldn't have been kicked off if he was an All-SEC type, but that's a pass for me.

Cox played at 250 last season, 30 pounds heavier than Finley.

I’d say 200ish. He’ll get his share in a few years just like Elijah Holyfield and Brian Herrien. Doubt he’ll ever be an RB1 type guy though
