The work of getting ready for the new season is well underway.

Since returning from winter break and starting a new semester earlier this month, the Hurricanes have been in the weight room and on Greentree, navigating their offseason conditioning workouts.

They’ve welcomed new teammates, coaches and staff to campus, including defensive coordinator Corey Hetherman, who joins the Hurricanes after a solid 2024 campaign at Minnesota and is now charged...

Not too difficult in terms of opponents but the way the games & byes are organized almost seem intentional to ***** us. Finishing with 7 in a row is brutal. Gotta conserve starters/key players as much as possible early on in the year.

"Also joining the Seminoles are wide receivers Squirrel Thomas, who was previously at Tennessee and Duce Robinson"

Typical moronic names for FSWHO transfer/commits.

Squirrels about to take a huge Duce........ :ROFLMAO:

Tough schedule, especially the first 6 opponents. Then end the season with 2 road games. If we go 10-2 with this schedule we’re in the playoffs

This schedule is another example of the incompetence of the ACC leadership. 2 byes within a 3 week period, followed by 7 straight games, the last 2 on the road in the cold…. So obviously the ACC doesn’t give a **** whether or not their marquis brands make the playoffs.

The SEC wouldn’t handicap one of their top teams w bull**** like this.

One thing is for certain in the ACC. One of the two top teams will be a squad that comes out of nowhere to be in the championship. It seems to happen every year.
I'm going to check to see what "middle of the road" team has a conference schedule similar to SMU's of last year. That's the nowhere team.

That's 3 straight, 5 of the last 6, on the road for Thanksgiving weekend.
smh

We only play 4 total road games, so gonna be tough to play 5 of the last 6 away from home.

We play 3 of the last 6 away from home.

At SMU
vs Cuse
Vs NC State
At VT
At Pitt

The schedule is tougher than last year but it sets up OK. The only things I don't like are BYE-FSU-BYE so early in the year, and because of that, we play 6 consecutive Saturdays to end the season.

Also, although we only get 4 road games, 2 will likely be in the cold and they're to end the year, in Blacksburg and at Pitt.

This is dumb to do without seeing the final roster, but if we beat Notre Dame, I think we can definitely win 10 games.

My guess is Vegas will set the total at 8.5.
