Now do the LSU or USCw WRs in the NFL vs OSU and then tell me again how bad my take was.
I’ll do since 2016 being that’s where we started w/ OSU’s 2016 WR class.
USC:
-JuJu Smith-Schuster: 2nd Round Pick
2018 Pro Bowler
-Michael Pittman Jr: 2nd Round Pick (up & coming WR)
-Amon-Ra St Brown: 4th Round Pick (TBD)
-Drake London: 1st Round Pick (TBD)
USC since 2016: 4 WRs drafted, 3 in top 3 rounds
LSU;
-Malachi Dupree: 7th round pick (out of the league)
-DJ Chark: 2nd round pick
2019 Pro Bowl
-Russell Gage: 6th round pick (solid 3rd WR)
-Justin Jefferson: 1st round pick
2x pro bowl, 2x 2nd team All Pro
-Ja’Mar Chase: 1st Round Pick
1x Pro Bowl, OROY, 2nd team All Pro
-Terrace Marshall: 2nd Round pick
LSU since 2016: 6 WRs drafted, 4 in the top 3 rounds
So again, OSU have had more top 3-round WRs drafted since 2016 outside of Bama (8). LSU has also been a solid program for WRs for a minute (actually I thought I mentioned them, so that was my fault). Regardless, if u’re a WR: Bama, OSU, LSU, & a Lincoln Riley coached team, u can’t go wrong. I get it; it sucks, I’m not going to hate on it. It is what it is; Hartline is a beast recruiter & his path to the draft is pretty legit.
