Banda really wanted him at safety. SMH just get him signed then figure it out.

If this is because they won't tell him he can play corner then that's insane. We just got our second safety commit. Let the kid be play there, it's his best position anyway. We're going to need a staff that knows how to play the recruiting game and tell the kids what they want to hear. I can't handle this soft **** anymore.

So we took Carter last night, good player, but lose the better player the next day because you won't tell him he can play where he wants? Lmao

At least he was up front about it. He could be a good one that leaves town, but for now, I feel good about '17 and '18 DB prospects

It's always that excuse NO GUARANTEE THE KIDS FROM NEXT YEAR SIGN WITH US THEN WE'RE SCREWED AGAIN SIGN THE KIDS FROM THIS YEAR LIE CHEAT STEAL JUST GET IT DONE.

I'm completely sober I just speak the hard truth

Pathetic since your brother played for this "loser" program. When your brother signed with us, many morons said the same thing about this program, how'd that turn out?

Do your brother and family a service, change your sn and stop embarrassing them in a public forum.

this staff is much better about pulling the actual talent we need compared to the previous staff but just as bad as losing recruits as previous staff

South's No 19 Safety, Brian Edwards, De-Commits From the Miami Hurricanes

Miramar (Fla.) standout and the sixth-ranked safety in the Sunshine State, Brian Edwards, has opted to take a step back and de-commit from the nearby Miami (Fl) Hurricanes, as first reported by Scout.

Edwards, a 6-foot-3, 195-pound senior, possesses an offer sheet consisting of nearly 25 schools, including Florida, Louisville, USC, Clemson, Louisville, Kentucky and Mississippi State.

"I'm de-committing from Miami," Edwards told Scout. "I'm doing so to reopen my recruiting, and to be able to think my decision through better.

"It was really tough because I have love for the U, but they still stand at the top with the other schools. Visits are coming out soon."

Edwards, who previously made a commitment to the Louisville Cardinals as well, verbally pledged to Mark Richt's program after attending Miami's talent-loaded Paradise Camp over the summertime.

Edwards checks in with that coveted, top-notch size for the safety position, and currently projects best as a free safety. This lengthy defender analyzes and picks things up quickly, but needs to continue to season up his overall tackling, including wrapping up in space.

Edwards' anticipation also allows him to get a good break on the football more often than not.
Stay tuned to Scout.
