That Assistant stuff is BS. Assistant HC, DC etc. The salary is what really matters, the name attached to the position is just "recognition."

He is the Defensive Run Game Coordinator. I can't find what he is being paid but I doubt we could come close to touching it. Wasn't trying to be a **** but it's a pipe dream at best. His next move won't be lateral, it will be for a DC position.

He makes about 500K. This wouldn't be a lateral move, Washington to Miami. That is ridiculous.

donna also has a lil say in bad kids...EJ had tons of chances, even he admits that.

I am not an insider but I think Coach D has a few good kids coming in this year...
BTW in barrow I have said since randys days he was not going to be the guy....

I keep hearing he goes into these boys homes and throws down religion and where are you with God etc.....maybe he has gone over the hill with his religion and its effecting his coaching, but we have regressed at LB for years....

Those 2 dudes were pretty **** good the day they signed their LOI. I don't see much coaching involved into where they got better as their careers went on here.

I said I'd get rid of Coach D first, and Franklin before Barrow I'm fine with. Barrow doesn't get any credit for Eddie Johnson, Gabe Terry, et al. His job as a coach is to mentor and keep these guys in school. If the best you can say is that he coached Sean Spence and Denzel Perryman that's fine, but has he developed a single LB past their recuited potential? In 7 classes since he's been here, he has helped recruit the following 4/5 star LBs (scout): Buchanan, Hardin, Brown, Spence, Denzel, and Kirby. Four of those came on the first year. So in 6 classes, we have recruited two 4 star LBs.
