Still alot of moving parts here. It hinges on Clemson beating USCe and the result of FSU/Duke. If the results fall like they should (Clemson and FSU winning), then I find it highly doubtful the Peach selects Duke over us. I also think it unlikely they would bring VaTech in after opening the season with them.

UM gave Hurricane Club members the option to reserve their bowl game tickets already and the options were the Sun Bowl, Russell Athletic or Chick Fil A. It'll be one of those. Likely Russell Athletic or Chick Fil A.

I think they are projecting FSU in the BCS and Clemsuck in the Orange. That would leave Peach/Russell/Sun for VT/Duke/Us, and I personally believe Duke gets the shaft here. Although I seem to recall the Russell might have some language in their deal where they are required to take the ACCCG loser if they fall past the Peach. ****, who knows?

Unless they fix that field, I never want to go back to that stadium. The seats sucked, and was a horrible experience at that game with Wisky. Would rather fly to Atlanta and stay the night there or Charlotte. I am not going to El Paso.

Where did anyone say we travel well? Duke doesn't travel well AND won't do a **** thing for TV ratings. We draw viewers no matter what.

You know, that's what I used to believe, and I think it was true a few years ago, but ESPN's ownership of all of these bowls makes ratings just as important.

The bowls have a pecking order for ACC teams. There is no ranking. If a bowl has the ACC third pick, they can pick any ACC team who is available and bowl eligible when it's their turn to pick.

Clemson losing probably pushed us out of the Chick Fil A. El Paso, Orlando, or Charlotte is the probables based on ACC affiliations.
