We are not good at football. About as low as it gets.

You living in the 80s guys are fing delusional. Yes, we are that depleted and that bad.

This. Look at the guys starting on our DL. What other d1 team would have those guys starting?

Seriously? You think we have the worst defensive tackles out of 120+ D1 teams? Come, sure we are not good, but that's a bit ridiculous. I agree the results point to it being the case, but realistically it's not the case... A lot of This on the coaching. They are not putting these kids in a position to succeed.

No. Thinking that coaching is behind play like that is ridiculous when we have nothing returning on the D-line. Who is our best D-lineman, and how good are they? Chick is the answer, and he sits on the bench at FSU and most ACC teams that aren't Duke.

Look, if we are getting beat you make adjustments, if you are still getting beat, you make more adjustments....when you see a team beating you consistently with the same exact plays, and you don't make a single adjustment then it's not on the young kids...this is on the coaches. Did you ever see eight in the box? Ever? We did nothing to make them change what they were doing. It's not like they were even dictating to us, there wasn't a conversation. We sat in the same base, and they did what they wanted. I bet you anything the KState coaches were more confused by what we didn't do....maybe we were trying reverse paychology, who knows. Bottom line, the youth is only partially to blame.

I can agree with you on this. Not that it is an excuse but my feeling is Mark D doesn't trust our defense (fear of the big play) and plays things ultra conservative due to our youth. Listen, when you are getting worked the way we did it is clear that he had to change something instead of continuing to grab his ankles, cross his fingers and hope we make a play Shannonstyle.
