Boston College v Virginia Tech Game Thread

This new single ACC Conference is stupid - if you luck out like SMU and Clemson you can end up playing nobody for most of the year.

I really enjoyed playing VT, GT, UNC et al year in, year out.

To be fair, even in the two division setup, the ACC would "help" certain teams schedule-wise. VT is also an example. For a while prior to this scheduling, VT would always have a schedule of most of the cake conference Teams (WAKE/DUKE/BC/SYR) all in one season for YEARS at a time while conveniently playing the best every handful of years.

Maybe it was luck, or balancing ratings with teams nobody else wanted to watch, or just riding with the image of Beamer. Idk, but if we can do well enough to continue to get this kinda scheduling love, it's over for the ACC.

#27 in FPI after last night, by the way. Again, that’s a good football team.

100% Agreed. VT is building the LOS on both sides into monsters!

GT is doing the same thing. SMU will have a sick offense as long as Lashlee is there, and that Dallas recruiting ground is going to keep him winning in this conference.

That's awesome, hopefully that's a night game. The crowd should be rocking for that one. Va Tech needs that GT
Networks will have a tough decision, Miami plays at GT same day. GT is at VT next week so whoever wins will probably decide the night game the following week

VT might get an easy gimmie. Haynes King is out for tmw game. He got banged up in the Duke game. Have no idea how serious it is but that's a big blow for Ga Tech if he has to be out for awhile
