Boston College 1 pt favorite?

I don't really want people's respect until we earn that ****. Honestly, if I wasn't a Cane fan, I'd have a hard time believing we'd win more than 6 games too...

Prepare your **** Massachussets

If the o-line plays well, we'll score points.

After Miller broke off that long TD run against them, the offense went home for the day.

Hope you're right - we always struggle in Chestnut regardless of the Canes team.
And this yr they are loaded with experience (whether talented or not).

I just hope we show our physicality from the 1st quarter on.
Can we get back to owning the 4th quarter trenches?!

BC starting TE out for our game. Does this change anything from Vegas standpoint?

He did score 2 TDs and rack up 70 yards against us last year. And is a senior this year.

Game is basically pick-em at most reputable sites.

Can't imagine why anyone would be surprised. It's all based on power ratings and ours is low. We're underdog across the board in the lines that have been posted so far. Go to 5Dimes.eu/livelines. Miami is + 7.5 vs. Kansas State, + 10 vs. Notre Dame, +11 vs. Florida State and +6.5 vs. Virginia Tech.

The other thread quoted the season win over/under at 7. That's the digit with heavy juice on the under, in the -175 under/+155 over range. The number with balanced juice is 6.5, which is only slightly favored to the over: -130 over /+110 under.

Yep. BC returns a lot of experience. We are unproven at almost every position group. 7 wins this year would be a big success.

Any time I see a spread that looks "obvious"... Vegas somehow has a way of putting me in my place (after the game)

That's what I'm still skeptical minus the ounces and ounces of kool-aid this staff is dishing out.
