Yep. We've basically been playing with three DTs and a rush LB on passing downs generating real QB pressure after 4 seconds. That's more time than you get in 7-on-7

Injuries limited our options early in the year, but the DL is mostly healthy now (prayers that it stays that way or improves). Would like to see more Bain and Mesidor inside with Tyler Barron- and Malik Bryant-types rushing off the edge in obvious passing situations

People see that Bain hasn't gotten many sacks since returning from injury. They don't see how disruptive he's been. Young man is going to have a break out game, mark my words.

As a lineman to get 8 tackles last game shows was kinda player he is. We all want more sacks out of him but teams don't need to throw against us right now and they certainly aren't in 3rd and longs often to make it a good pass rushing situation. Wish he would've gotten in there on that 3rd and 18 but that popped open immediately and I could've completed it.

I mean I don't know if Pickett specifically is the impact guy that OP is fluffing him up as, but it is 100% worth burning a kid's shirt these next three games if it means a playoff birth.
