By a large margin, Picket has the best 1st step and quickness to make this happen which will create an errant thrown or have the QB step up into the middle rush.

It’s honestly the role I thought he, lightfoot, and Rudolph would have preseason. We essentially have 4 DTs. Tackles never have to worry about an elite speed rush. The power rushes at least give them a chance to get away with holding

Not sure this is the week to break out a new pass rusher. We need our ends to set the edge and not allow Tech to bounce outside. Gap integrity is top priority. Bain and Baron are the best guys for that.

Honestly, this is the week to bring pressure up the middle with Mauigoa. I hope we send more blitz with the LBs through the OG.

And like grover said, DEs need to set the edge. This is a good gain for Bain at the edge.

The crazy thing is we always want to take guys that on off weeks are in the top 10 in QB pressures (Bain) and throw them inside for guys that have one or two plays. Maybe we don't over think this and let Bain rush the pass from outside on every pass play since he's great at it.
