Golden is deflecting. He knows he has clout with the administration, therefore, his job is safe. So, he wants to take all of the criticism and keep it off the real cancer and that is Mark Doo Doo and his flawed defensive scheme. Nice try, Goldie.

“Seriously? For real?” Morris responded Monday when told the chants for Williams were being made as UM’s offense struggled. “That’s hilarious. I didn’t hear that at all. I don’t even know what to say to it. You know how Miami fans are. I’m not going to criticize them or praise the fans in any sort of way. It is what it is.”

I understand what he is trying to do, but the truth is Morris is awful. I see people saying he will be drafted, I honestly don't see it at all.

I'm just commenting on what I'm seeing and hearing now. I'm done being a cheerleader and finished making apologies for highly paid corches getting their dycks dragged through the dirt repeatedly. I'm a positive guy by nature, but I'm not going to keep making excuses for guys making a lot of money to do a job.

As for Morris, he acts like he doesn't care. And I think that's a ****** trait for a captain of my team.
 
Booing means why did I waste my evening watching this crap. If you want the stadium filled then play some hurricane ball and stop struggling with the likes of WF and GT. 1st time I've ever left a game early. Some coaches need to be put on notice and some players benched. Seriously asking myself if I'm getting tickets next year for this crap plus the crappy teams we play.
 
Maybe, just maybe, he's trying to rally his team, where's all you "us against the world" cats now?

Golden also had a classic response when asked about fans booing Stephen Morris last Saturday and chanting for Ryan Williams.

"I'm taking the responsibility for Saturday, not Stephen Morris," Golden said. "I'm directly responsible for special teams - that's three turnovers. Stephen, if he was allotted to have 68 plays, would have had his best game of the year. He had 53 plays. He had 300 yards passing, doubles what they've been giving up. He was 16 of 27 with five drops. He could have been 21 of 27. He averaged 20 yards a completion. He didn't have any turnovers. I just think it's unfair, especially given what he's been dealing with and playing with for eight weeks now.

"Boo me, be frustrated with me. But Stephen Morris? He's done everything, including stand and fight the last two years. He's our leader, and he has my support."
