Since the beginning of this season, I thought we needed to take 4-5 DE (assuming JoeJax went pro which he did).

Already have Williams and Harvey. Add Boykin and possible Bogle along with the VT DE and this DE class is a solid A.

That’s the challenge for coaches. A lot of these kids are just attention whores. If they would focus all that energy towards learning and improving they would be great. Coaches have to figure out how to navigate this aspect of recruiting and separate the wheat from the Chaff, who’s gonna fish, who’s gonna cut bait. Who’s gonna eat, or be eaten good luck w/this kid

Taking 5 is okay. Garvin is going to go pro after next year and Patchan graduating leaving us with Rousseau and Joyner. Take Hill and 4 frosh and you have a starter for 2020 and the sophomores/RS Frosh provide depth.

S, 2 CB, LB, 1-2 OL, 2 DE, 2 DT, QB. Take those 11 and tell Martin to hit the road, and 2 qbs would probably leave too.

In these situations Bama finds "educational" schollarships to pay for the kids tuition. If the kid pans out he will be converted to an athletic schollarship.
