I get what you mean and I think the same way but I'm not going to deny his talent/potential because of it. Plus with this portal stuff if he can't find a way on the field he'll just end up transferring anyways.

so it looks like Bogle will NOT have to take a gray shirt based on the Bama recruiting board threads. They are planning on taking 29 - he is included in that number. No blue shirts or gray shirts. The kicker - Reichard - and Paul Tyson, the QB- will be walk ons.

they have a link to the NCAA guidelines on roster totals and shirting players. It's ridiculous There are all kinds of ways to use schollys - ie., have kids "voluntarily withdraw" before a certain time in semester, etc. It's so confusing but they clearly have it down.

BTW - their summation of Enos and Gattis leaving their staff is that the two of them wanted the heck out.
