In his defense the d cord isn’t smart at all .Can he get on the field first before making proclamations like this or nah

Robbie was easily the best KR and PR in high school that I had seen in years. His wiggle and ability to hit top speed again right after making defenders miss is elite. I have no idea how Mario and the corching staff could not see this.
He should go to duke with tulanes qb
Why notNo, he shouldn't.
Why not
I wouldn't be.Yall would be shocked if yall knew how many of our Defensive players don't know the playbook...
Well the ? is why does Mario allow it.Yall would be shocked if yall knew how many of our Defensive players don't know the playbook...
What gave it away?Yall would be shocked if yall knew how many of our Defensive players don't know the playbook...
What would be even more shocking is knowing how many of those guys started and played significant snaps in 2024Yall would be shocked if yall knew how many of our Defensive players don't know the playbook...
That would be the least shocking thing I’ve read on here in weeks.Yall would be shocked if yall knew how many of our Defensive players don't know the playbook...
I'd be more shocked if any of them did.Yall would be shocked if yall knew how many of our Defensive players don't know the playbook...

Those shocked saw that, came to the board and then relied on the opinions of those with a vested interest in being biased to ease their worries while then seeing the same thing over and over.Shocked?
Not me.
I've seen them have no idea what they are doing before the ball is even snapped. Nevermind after.
My lord.

I mean how can every report from spring to fall highlight how special all these players are, how great the culture is, how we’ve removed the cancers and scapegoat coaches, and then on Saturdays be so awful on defense? — must be my eyes lying — insert blame Guidry for weeks — aha, yes - it is Guidry… that’s what it is … whew, I thought I needed glasses.
Yes. It is just one of those potential circular discussions, but the bottom line is what you said - a huge disconnect that is unacceptableAt what point does it become Guidry though? If you don’t know the playbook how are you seeing the field? Doesn’t he have the position coaches quiz them? Shouldn’t he personally go to Jaden Harris or Tyler Baron and sit their *** down to study the playbook with them? There’s definitely accountability on both sides IMO.
What I don’t get is all this discussion about putting in the work, grinding, culture. Yet they can’t fricking study a playbook? Is it just that our guys are meatheads? Or would they rather be playing COD than studying their football assignments? Seems to be a huge disconnect.

The circular being: it is the coaches’ responsibility to recruit and prepare their players. It is the HC’s job to hire coordinators and staff, etc. It is the players job to know the playbook. If you don’t have players that do that, it is on the coaches, etc etc etc
It is a full team failure on that side of the ball from Mario to the players, including Guidry as the DC.
Robby in portal as WR only.Trying to catch up here: Robby seems to have had some type of seemingly significant surgery recently and both are still in the portal?
