Not sure why the hate for Blake James. Let him make some hires before judging him.

not saying he is the second coming of Sam, but that's ridiculous to say at this point.

And yes, I know him, have spoken to him multiple times. Don't confuse public AD speak in the press for what he really is thinking about or capable of.

Well if you know Blake James so well then tell him to watch the Wisconson vs USCe capital one bowl, an watch what the Wisc DC Dave Aranda does with a 3-4 scheme that attacks. Then James should meet with David Aranda to plant the seeds to become UM's next DC, when D'onofrio leaves in the next month.

I have faith Blake James will get the heavy lifting done that is needed to continue the UM resurgence. With the same zeal he used in this bench press video he video.

AD's don't fire coordinators. No head coach would want to come here if they thought they AD would try and run the program.

AD's can nudge and give input. Granted I don't think Blake is a micromanager. Lets hope the conversation is at least happening about how to fix the D.

I honestly really like Blake James, he's a family friend and I think he's done a good job so far. We have Coach L until he retires and I still believe Coach Golden was a good hire. He may not be the coach to bring the crystal ball back down to Coral Gables, but he's definitely brought us out of the mediocrity.
