BLAKE JAMES FIRED

No, she is absolutely wrong, because she’s attempting to take accountability away from Blake James.

From a Macro perspective, yes there is absolutely something terribly wrong with the institution & we all know that, they were the idiots who hired Blake James & kept him employed here for 8 years, so it’s ultimately their responsibility.

But, to act as if Snake James bares no culpability in the dire state our program has been in for the last 8 years is just patently false & disingenuous at best.

Nobody put a gun to Flake James Head & made him make such horrendous hires & go about all the terrible decisions he’s made since he’s been here, he was given carte Blanche while he was AD & all he did was repeatedly & continuously Fck everything up.

He left this program in complete shambles, Miami athletics is in a post-Apocalyptic world right now in part because of his pure ineptitude. The BOT being cheap stingy lazy ******** is the ultimate reason why things are so bad, but Blake bares a sh*t ton of responsibility as well, at the very least 50%.

Frankly, had Blake merely done the bare minimum in regards to his job would still be employed. Odds are if he would have interviewed qualified candidates following Richt's retirement, he would have talked himself out of Manny Diaz and odds are, they would have been better. I'm quite sure Bill Clark or **** near anyone else would have a solid product, and Blake would be employed. The BOT would have let him skate with 9-3, or 10-2 this year. A competent coach gives you that. Had he not allowed Dimare to purchase the HC spot for his son and hired a QUALIFIED candidate, the baseball program would be better off.

Merely doing those two things would ensure that he would be employed today. That's even with the men's basketball program stagnating.

one very important thing to note.

Frenk put his COS Rudy Fernandez and Joe Echavarria from the hospital to lead the search for a new AD. in the past, the BOT has lead the charge.

Stagnating? We are awful and will finish near the bottom if not the bottom of the conference. We are pretty much on the glide path of a 4th consecutive losing season. You don't get outrebounded 18-2 against Nova Southeastern on the offensive glass. And in game 2, get outrebounded 43-23 against UCF, a team projected to finish 5th in the American.
