You're right. Nobody else around here understands finances or run successful businesses or anything of value.

Reading the posts in regards to hiring people with little relevant experience to run a multi million dollar enterprise because they played here in the 80s would convince any rational person that a lot of the posters here don't know a **** thing. We are overcomplicating something that a child should be able to grasp. Find the best person you can within the budget you have, give them the resources they need to succeed, and go from there.

If what is alleged is true(and I wouldn't doubt it for a second), the entire training staff will be replaced as well. You can't have doctors acting in a way contrary to the ideals espoused in the Hippocratic oath. A new AD would probably clean house, before this crap hits the fan in the media.
