He played here, that's all. Our fanbase lives to push former letterwinners with little relevant experience to the forefront. Here's an idea, hire someone with legit administrative experience as an AD either at a high achieving midmajor, or at a legit P5. Stop making "Miami Guy Bro" hires, and make good hires. This isn't complicated.

It doesn't take LSU or Bama money to hire a competent AD. I know nuance and basic understanding of math isn't a strong suit for some of you, so I'm going to spell this out. Miami has to hire an AD that can maximize the revenue that comes in, while also having a solid eye for coaching talent. There are those guys out there, the key is for Miami to find them. You don't just walk down the hall and hire the one exec that stays(Which is how Blake got the job in the first place, he wasn't an up and comer like Hocutt/Eichorst who left for other jobs), you conduct a process.
