He coached the NCAA's all-time Sack leader this past season and I know he had a very good CB on his team based on what little I saw (little bit of bowl game vs Hawaii).

I would LOVE this hire and I would let him call the defense. When you talk smart, young, and analytical driven coaches this guy is a premium under those categories on the defensive side of the ball.

Just out of curiosity, tell me a bit more of baker that makes you love him so much? TBH, I don't know much about him other than him being young. What's his style? Are his defenses any good?
