Why offer Scott if they weren't high on him? This is the wrong school to have them feeling like they can't trust miami especially with who they have in 2018 at wideout with Mark pope and daquris wiggins
 
I've heard Pope might be following the Cooper/Callaway/Jeudi express...hopefully this year's team/staff will start changing minds.

Well it was the previous staff that offered him and not the current one. I could be mistaken but pretty sure.

He got reoffered by this staff and they Accepted his commitment.

Another tweener, too small for the TE type we're looking for, too big for a true WR. He's definitely talented and could grow into a true TE eventually just not a good fit for our current roster situation.
 
Gibson's film is fun. Outstanding speed. Good tackler. Hits hard.

But I think a lot of it is him playing in the box or at LB. Nothing to judge his coverage skills. Does a SS in the offense play mostly in the box?
 
Ya they had an excuse with thompson (grades, prev staff), and Gamble (prev staff, although I would have kept him kid can play)...Scott is all on this staff---why offer him if you are gonna push him out 2 months later?

Hope it doesn't burn bridges at SR.
