Honestly most thought Coley was coming here and Bennett all but said every interview Coley was going to be a Cane. Sidenote Coley's mom wanted him to go to FSU and his grandma and everyone else wanted UM. Bennett delivered him here..

why? why do people consistently think that someone delivers kids to colleges. Of course Bennett loves UM but he's not going to pressure a kid into a decision that isn't right for the kid. Coley wanted to come to miami, so he did.

In recruiting you want the person who has the most influence on the kid on your side. That person typically wins out on where the recruit goes it doesn't always happen but it is usually a good sign. It can be a parent coach or girlfriend but you want that person on your side no matter what. Jimbo said he couldn't even get Coley on the phone the last week of recruiting you think that was a coincidence?
