Big time get: Kevaughn Dingle commits

Extremely odd that more posters are expressing concern about Dingle than they did with Rodney Scott when he committed.

One scored 11 TDs and put up 29 yards per catch in Dade County last year. Even though he's not a burner, he looks strong, physical, and has made plenty of plays as a downfield threat at Carol City. The other is Rodney Scott, who's smaller, clearly slower in his highlights, and has nowhere near the production of Dingle.

Just saw Scott's The Opening numbers(4.99), he is even smarter than Dingle. I hope.

Do y'all know how rare it is to run 4.4 and 4.3? Look at the NFL combine. There is no way you are going to have a team full of wr that run 4.3 and 4.4.

Huge get. Welcome to the U! Will contribute early and often, playing WR isn't all about running a 4.4 40. As previous poster said, if he can get separation in Dade Co, he can separate in college. Great day today, hoops advance to Sweet 16, got Perry back in the class and added Dingle. Que "it's happening" gif.

Staff out scouting, evaluating and bringing guys on campus repeatedly in many cases, so they know who they want. They are getting their guys! Who cares what a poster whose only connection to these recruits is a website video. I'm gonna trust the instincts of this staff who have proven in a short period that they can recruit.

This was one of the slowest WR groups at the combine in some time, so it should be taken with a grain of salt but even then they probably averaged a high 4.5 (see link). They weren't running 4.9's like some of the receivers UM is recruiting.

A player maturing age wise doesn't necessarily translate into faster 40 times, neither does entering a college strength and conditioning program.

Wasn't talking about this year. I'm talking about every year their is only a handful of wr that run 4.4 or 4.3. Herb cut his 40 when he got here.

Love the pick up..ALL he does is catch tds...and body people. Int he toughes division in the country more than likely...and with a tough out of cdivision schedule (Oxbridge, Lakeland)...Dude is legit.

6'2 -195pds...witha frame to be 6'2 210+ here...i kind of like the Hankerson comparison body frame wise....also he is being coached up by a legit college wr coach..and ethenic sands...thats MONEY right there

Also, I've seen many kids in track shape or train get much better times than inexperienced kids with no off season training. Also, at hs combines there are malfunctions, amatures running stations, high launches and bad surfaces on parts of the field causing kids to slip etc...

It is incredible that you would cite this to support your argument. Ha. The whole point of that article was to show that highschool 40 times are almost never accurate and are inflated to help recruiting. Not many players run a 4.4, even less run a 4.3, get out of fantasyland this isn't a video game.
