Berrios...

Just stay off the kids ****in twitter & Instagram. Does no one any good. The kid tweets out love for FAMU, it doesn't really mean anything. He hasn't taken visits to any of those schools.

First, I am not on social media and I am not stalking these kids.

Second, quit being this enlightened individual who thinks they're above everyone else. This is pure and simple kunty behavior especially from the QB.

Third, quit with that BS about kids being kids too. Miami fans are allowed to be biased toward pro and anti Miami behavior. Deal with it.

Kids being kids, just like Ray Ray tweeting about Prime 112 and ordering a chicken with an agent. Ignoring the stupidity about ordering chicken in a steakhouse, it was kids being kids just getting the school in trouble.

Were you the one that keeps posting tweets & instagram pictures? No so i wasnt talking to you. Ray ray tweeting about eating dinner with an agent & Alin being excited about being recruited is two completely different things. And ok if you think I'm acting enlightened, I guess one argument with your hero would cause you to think that way. Agree to disagree on Alin, different viewpoints = different opinions

No, not me. I was telling you where i come from and my thoughts on social media.

They're not different things they are under the same category. This anti-um behavior is bad and has different degrees. As Miam fans we are allowed to be against all BS because we start from a biased point of view.

You lost me on the hero stuff.

Lol just forget it. I believe Alin will end up signing with us, but I'm more interested to see how he performs. He has a couple good players around him & I think their team should have a good year. I want to see if he's actual made improvements in the weight room & if he's throwing accurate & harder. We already know about his release.

I think it brings a lot to the topic. It shows the disparity of two supposed "Leaders" of this program. It would be different if the attention was being appreciated in private. It's an entirely different issue when it's done for the world to see. This is the potential "Leader" or face of your program telling the world that another school is showing the most love and bragging about it.

On the other end of the spectrum, you have another QB helping to make this class better, by doing whatever he can to help the Program.

What exactly has Alin done, that we know of, to help Miami in recruiting?

people have to stop with these laser-timed crap.

Lamar Miller, one of the fastest Canes in recent memory ran 4.4 at the NFL combine.

you telling me there are hundreds of 16 and 17 year olds who can outrun Lamar Miller?

GTFO

He was talking to Dixon. More than likely about Miami. Just throwing that out there.

Yes, he was, but at this point I believe that Dixon was already aboard. Months ago. It's pretty much a foregone conclusion.

In fact, Alin wasn't even being followed by Dixon on Twitter until today. Again, to some that might not mean much, but to these players, it's a lot. Alin asking Dixon to follow him. Think about that.

The salute after TD's is eerily reminiscent of our old school canes. #gethimal

Seems like one of those players you hate if on another team, but love when he is on yours.

MOAR taunting.

Honestly i know this kid is good, and got a good highlight and nice rating etc. WRs will never be a problem in SO FL....seriously. At times we have problems finding DTs, OL, TE and even QBs but skill position is not and will not be a problem here. The freaking out over this kid who would be pretty limited to a certain role is overblown. I don't see him being more than a slot WR, we can find guys down here who can do both inside and outside, guy like Dixon.

I understand what you're saying, but other than Dixon who else seems to be so excited to get a Cane offer? And who truly knows if Dixon will be a Cane? I know a lot of signs are pointing that way but we've seen that in the past. Why not offer an extremely talented kid who acts and talks like he wants to be here. Comes from out of state to camp and hopes for an offer? Why wait on an in state kid who will most likely go to the SEC? Not saying that Dixon will, but I'm sure many of our other WR targets will. But you'd rather wait on them to find out at the end of the day, they chose to go else where. Doesn't make sense in my opinion.

You wait because Tracy Howards' and Artie Burns' type recruitments happen every year. Corn Elder will fill the slot just fine in the meantime.

Looks like they want Corn and DB. Still need that slot. Come on Berrios. Glad Al and staff didn't wait on anyone else.

They want him at corner initially because of lack of depth there and abundance of depth at the wr position. He still could see time at the slot and he has the choice of which position he ultimately wants to play. Either way they still will be waiting because he is at least 2 months away from committing(If the "why hasn't he committed yet" fan pressure doesnt get to him first).

Lol +1

everyone keeps saying Welker, but i see more of a Steve Smith type. The kid is strong, fast and has crazy vert with an incredible ability to highpoint the ball for someone his size.
