It seems that some of you Canes fans don't know what school your pulling for and rooting for in college football because I do. Its the University of Miami Hurricanes! What is the Miami administration suppose to do? Their suppose to look out for the school the football program and the other players on the team. Perhaps you guys that have a issue with the dismissal prefer the school just take a chance that a few games suspensions would keep the NCAA at bay from doing any other investigation. Are you willing to bet to put this season next season and the season after that on the line. I don't feel bad for Young Grace or Muhammad. I hope they have great futures but its about the current players this season and future seasons. Any players or coaches that put that in jeopardy have to go.

Not many are eager and willing to face DE's and LB's and eye popping DB's for 2 or 3 yards a catch and when he makes 50 yards a game, that's putt'n in THE WORK !...

Last I checked Alabama is not on probation. UM is for all of the ***** ups we've committed. I guess some of you feel that it's worth the risk of a couple of very STUPID players that put themselves ahead of the team. The GORLDEN ENTITLEMENT mentality. The **** with those selfish players. Next man up! Balls out Canes!!
NCAA has no authority in a legal matter, but they do if it has to do with eligibility. The Alabama OL that I'm sure had his freedom bought with some box seats for the DA at the Alabama-LSU was free and clear, with discipline up to the discretion of Saban. Now, I'm sure if he'd sucked, he would be off the team as a sign of the tight discipline Saban hands out, but like Jimmy Johnson said, different players get different discipline. That is a case where I could see Richt dismissing him from the team, but dismissing a future NFL 1st rounder at left tackle from the team would never even cross Saban's mind.
Miami was stuck because there is a paper trail and people willing to talk about it, just like Ole Miss is stuck with the Tunsil issues. How they make that go away, I don't know. The NCAA could come back and make Miami forfeit games Grace and AQM played this year. There will be zero depth, but it will give the three LB's a lot of experience, anyway. Something tells me he'll be blitzing them a lot, rather than have them run the wrong way.
