Battle gives thoughts on OSU uncertainty as UM pushes

Even if Liar survives this the entire OSU sports program is going to be under a microscope. 3 separate but simultaneous sexual or domestic investigations occurring at the same time.

Is it just me or does it seem like we're the only top program where if a parent loves us it has no effect on the kid? Lol
 
What is it about Urban, what is he telling kids/parents that generates this high level of trust/love/respect? All being close to equal there are some great human beings coaching today, including our our own coach. So what is he saying? Or is it the ability for Ohio St to potentially win a NC prior to ours, their talent level, Battle did not mention that!?

He's one of the best con artists to ever do it. He somehow stays in good favor and doesn't get the worst of media coverage despite his putrid track record of having some of the most vile human beings running wild in his programs with little to no consequences. He hides behind fake integrity that people buy due to his words despite his actions showing otherwise

It is. And your logic for common sense is pretty sound.

It's evident that Meyer knew and covered up the whole domestic abuse situation and allowed a guy that beats his wife regularly to remain on his staff for years. Meyer always has some type of issues going around his program.

The fact that Battle said that he and his mom are waiting to see if Urban's retained is hilarious.

BSPN CFB coverage is an endless hagiography of him because he worked there after he ducked out of the mess he created at UF.

He's a brazen liar. How can any recruit or family believe a word he says after this? You have to question Battle's values and intelligence if a proven scumbag liar is the only thing standing between him and being a Cane.
 
I don't know whats worse...OSU actually letting him keep his job or Urban thinking he can walk into any kids house and look their mom in the eye and say he is a "swell guy that made a mistake" after covering up for a woman beater? Talk about a guy that will have to go on an apology tour if he keeps his job. And don't downplay the "mom" factor here. If his mom is upset, that is huge for us.

We got lucky with this one, b/c we ain’t getting $tevenson, and to miss out on both him and Battle would have been a disaster.

Really hope we can real him in. By the sound of it, we may have ourselves a shot as long as Meyer is gone,

If they don’t fire him I have a hard time seeing us get him for the sole reason that he sounds enamoured with that lying sack of ****.

It would be beyond incredulous to me to think that we could miss on both Stevenson and Battle. I have one word to describe how I feel about that possible scenario. UNACCEPTABLE! I don't give a **** how negative that may sound. I have and will continue to support this staff but I won't kiss a$$ or mince words. That is just not good enough. End of story.

I was thinking the same thing too... Miami homer glasses off how could you send a kid to any environment like that.
