honestly we could be 10-0 and this article would still hit home. When you right your right. Not one lie told.
There were red flags during UF and USF as well...Hmmmm this defense has been horrible each week of ACC play. Timing may be suspect but he could’ve written this weeks ago and it still would’ve been true. Nothing here is incorrect.
Exactly…I actually started to insert USF in parentheses but didn’t.There were red flags during UF and USF as well...
For me, the VT game was the one that had me in stadium "oh snap we cant stop simple **** and have guys busting coverage wide open and guys getting to edge with ease" We got major problems. There were red flags during UF and USF as well...
The first half of the USF game I legit was like oh boy…this is not goodFor me, the VT game was the one that had me in stadium "oh snap we cant stop simple **** and have guys busting coverage wide open and guys getting to edge with ease" We got major problems.
Timing is suspect and the messenger is as well. The loss gave Jacksoff an open door to spew his negativity.Hmmmm this defense has been horrible each week of ACC play. Timing may be suspect but he could’ve written this weeks ago and it still would’ve been true. Nothing here is incorrect.
USF for me. if they had more talent, it would have been a back and forth game, but they really put the tape out when the little white wr went off on us and we just said it was nothingFor me, the VT game was the one that had me in stadium "oh snap we cant stop simple **** and have guys busting coverage wide open and guys getting to edge with ease" We got major problems.
Yeah USF had me concerned then brushed it off because how much we dominated in the 2nd half and how they had given Bama problems too.The first half of the USF game I legit was like oh boy…this is not good
But the CiS porsters had me convinced USF was a juggernaut trap game so I somewhat pushed it to the side (sarcasm)
But we were woefully unprepared and undisciplined in that game and the fact that we weren’t ready for the next play immediately, repeatedly, was a huge red flag for Guidry
this is why you dont extend a guy off of one season. LSU was never going to hire him over Blake Baker but his agent played it perfectly and held us hostage. his room sucks (safety play got worse last year compared to 1 year under steele and steele was no world beater)Don’t kid yourselves. Someone at the Hecht asked Barry to write this poison pen column. Guidry is officially on the effing clock. My guess is that the AD and Mario had a conversation.
This Defense better unf%^k itself or Guidry is going to find himself sleeping with the fishes.
Agreed. USF was just mind blowing because it’s like Guidry didn’t know what Golesh does on offenseYeah USF had me concerned then brushed it off because how much we dominated in the 2nd half and how they had given Bama problems too.
Then VT I brushed off due to Friday night/ bye week for VT/better than their record/etc.
Cal game is what made me sound the alarms. They had their 7...SEVEN.. longest plays of the YEAR against us up to that point in the season. Our DBs looked so lost by the simplest motion and crossing route concepts....
I hear ya but nothing he shared was incorrect. What he wrote has been the same topics on here for weeks. That’s all I’m saying…Timing is suspect and the messenger is as well. The loss gave Jacksoff an open door to spew his negativity.
