Actually, Clemson was fighting for him

Wasnt a take for clemson which is why he was leaning to gt before richt came in and offered him late.

It was Finley or another DB for one spot. They both committed on the Tuesday before NSD.

He wasnt a take. Dude was going to gt before he got offered by miami. He was a backup plan for clemson.

Nothing I read leading up to that decision supports that. Dabo had an in-home with him less than a week before he made his decision. He was set to go to GT because Clemson and Miami jumped in late. Clemson had two guys declare for the draft.

Why not have a in home with a guy you are willing to take if your top option doesnt come. Its called good recruiting. I know thinking clemson actually wanted him is the fans way of trying to feel better about him.

Bruh why tf does this always become about Rumph can't recruit? Richt decides who tf gets recruited and even if Rumph doesn't get the guys who you want because he can't force the kids especially when one wants to play at his brothers school look at what he did with the secondary this season and tell me he didn't do a **** good job

He did a great job as a coach. Not showing much as a recruiter. We do need guys who can coach kids up and he's done that.
