Basically Bama has been disguising their coverage like a mother ******. In the final few drives Watson was doing well at making checks to combat it. They gotta keep pushing the ball down field against Bama though. One big problem they are having is Bama keeps running Man-QB spy, especially at the very end of the half there. Running some empty-qb runs may be able to beat that.

As far as defense is concerned Clemson needs to do everything it can to force the QB to beat them. Have missed way to many tackles on Scarbarough.

This is a good game. If Clemson can clean up its tackling and its offense can hit a few deep/explosive plays while not having any turnovers, I think they have a very good chance to win this one. Watson needs to run well this half, probably the easiest way to mess with this Bama defense is Qb scrambling.

There is no historic defense that gives up 40+ to ole miss and 30 to **** Arkansas..there really really good..but get over it. they are the same machine saban always has...with abit more speed at linebacker as he has the current ones a little smaller.

I think it needs to be said though, that Alabama's offense is basic as ****. They a pro style version of Paul Johnson's offense right now. But I don't blame them. It's hard as **** to stop the run consistently against them. They just keep pounding and wear you down.

Other than that been all Bama hitting the **** out of Clemson and their own players from D. They can all run for sure, but they are all trying to inflict maximum damage to everything that moves. Clemson did not match that player for player in the first half.

Everyone thinks Henry ran over Clemson last year, but if you look closer at the stats, after the first quarter, Henry averaged like 2ypc the rest of the game. Clemson DL got better as the game went along. That never happens to Bama. Tonight, Bama's DL is swallowing up Watson and the run game.
