Pretty much. I hope everyone keeps the same energy they had for Miami. But somehow, I expect this will be the "gritty win that defines a team." Alabama will be top 5 come tomorrow and jump Miami. Pure horses**t.

QBs make all the difference. See Ward, Cam.

The throw following the holding call on the missed FG drive HAS to be made, and they get that much closer for the FG, if not continue the drive for a TD.

Canes will stay ahead of Alabama. It’s hard to move them above the undefeated Canes because of their close win at home against a mediocre South Carolina team. If they run the table against some of the better teams, then they can try to make that argument

Bama did absolutely everything wrong at the end starting with giving up a touchdown late even with ref trying to help you out. Then scoring the late touchdown. Should have went down in field of play and run out clock. SC was out of timeouts. Now you give them a chance. Then you miss the onside kick. Then luck out a linemen thought it a good idea to catch a batted pass. That is the luckiest **** I've ever seen.

If they were playing UM, I’d get it. Kickers pretty much guaranteed to kick 70 yarders. But against any other team, it’s a b#tch move to make a kicker try for a career long FG under those circumstances. Go for the first down.

They've looked shaky in multiple games this year. But won't be penalized for it.

They only held a 1 point lead over USF with 10 minutes left in the 4th quarter. We were labeled overrated because USF took a 1 point lead for literally 40 seconds in the 2nd quarter.

They blew their lead against Georgia.

They lost to Vanderbilt. Which should've led to a huge drop. But of course it didn't.

I just looked at al the polls since 2003. The 6 spots they fell were the fewest for any team after a loss to Vanderbilt, in at least the last 21 years.

One voter dropped us 10 spots last week after a WIN against Cal.

Bama will probably lose to Tennessee next week. Don't think Milroe is the QB most people think he is. Best QB to me is the LSU QB.
 
They looked shaky last year and looked worse against USF last year, struggled against garbage Texas A&M, and were a freak near last play 4th te catch from losing to trash *** Auburn. And that was with an all world secondary of which they got decimated by the draft and portal (thus playing many freshmen and portal guys this year)

Had Saban lost to Auburn last year there would have been calls for him to consider retiring. The problems with their program had already started prior to this year. Recruiting lists or not.
