We are a top 5 team, IMO. Beat a beatable UK and the pollsters will agree.
UK has talent but it is young talent. Against KU they gave up a big lead in the 2nd half when they could not consistently run offense. Or because Calipari rarely has an offense to run. One or the other.

This team is more than capable of beating Kentucky and Colorado if they can just put it all together. The first half was certainly promising.

Once again we had to make it a bit exciting at the end. Help defense on drives needs work. Keeping teams of offensive glass needs work. We're gonna struggle sometimes with bigger teams and when the 3s aren't falling. So pretty similar to last year. Good to see George contribute. We'll need him, and we'll need Nwoko eventually. That's a tournament KSU team and we were crushing them most of the day. Good start.
